Aakash Systems Rental Laptop Return Policy

At Aakash Systems, we strive to make your rental experience seamless and hassle-free, from the moment you receive your laptop to the time you return it. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the rental experience. Please review our return policy below and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

Return Deadline

To avoid any late fees, all rented laptops must be returned to Aakash Systems by the agreed-upon return date specified in your rental agreement. If you anticipate a delay in returning the laptop, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements. Extensions may be granted based on the availability of the laptop and at the discretion of Aakash Systems.

Condition of the Laptop

We expect the laptop to be returned in the same condition as it was rented out, barring normal wear and tear. Upon return, the laptop will undergo a thorough inspection. If the laptop is found to have damages beyond normal wear and tear, repair fees may apply. We classify damages into minor (e.g., minor scratches or dents) and major (e.g., screen damage, non-functional keys), with repair fees assessed accordingly.

Data Deletion

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Before returning the laptop, please ensure that all personal data has been removed. This includes files, programs, and browsing history. Aakash Systems offers a complimentary data deletion service upon request; however, we encourage renters to perform their data deletion to ensure their privacy is protected.

Packaging and Shipping

Please return the laptop in its original packaging, including any accessories (chargers, cables, etc.) that were included in the rental. If you are shipping the laptop back to us, ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Aakash Systems is not responsible for damages incurred due to improper packaging.

Late Returns and Fees

Late returns will incur a daily fee, the amount of which is specified in your rental agreement. Continuous failure to return the laptop without communication may result in Aakash Systems taking additional actions, including but not limited to, charging the full retail value of the laptop.
